2. Refund Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
- Personal care items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
